Ceramic Random Packing
We offer a wide range of ceramic random packing products as seen below.
The ceramic intalox saddle provides the advantages of both its saddle and ring shapes. The saddles have excellent chemical resistance. Their structure facilitates efficient liquid and gas distribution. They are very cost effective.
The ceramic raschig rings are resistant to chemical corrosion, except for hydrofluoric acid. They offer a large surface area for fluid and gas distribution, and they thrive in extreme temperatures. They work efficiently when packed together in large numbers for distillation.
The inert ceramic balls are in the shape of spheres/balls. They support low-pressure drop and are resistant to extreme temperatures. They offer excellent catalyst support in packing towers.

The HY-PAK ring is a variation of the pall ring. It is ribbed in its inner walls for better distribution of liquids and gases.
The metal cascade mini ring has increased mechanical strength due to its inwardly cascading contraptions. This structure enhances fluid and gas distribution.
The inner arcs of the VSP Ring are evenly folded for increased porosity and distribution. It has a relatively high mass transfer.
The metal intalox saddle is highly resistant to organic and inorganic acids and corrosive solvents. Its fluid channels are arced to facilitate low fluid resistance and diffusivity ratio.
The simple structure of the raschig ring makes it inexpensive and makes it acceptable for use in many areas. It has a low mass transfer and capacity. The raschig rings are resistant to highly reactive acids, alkalis, and extreme temperatures.

The Plastic Pall Ring has two rows of webs at the center for low-pressure drop and overall efficiency. The pall rings have good liquid hold up for efficient absorption in slow reactions.
The Plastic Helix Ring is ideal for acid gas absorption and purification. It offers a low-pressure drop and has a high porosity.
The PTFE Raschig Rings are highly resistant to acids and alkalis. They are flexible in their functionality and give great separation efficiency. They are ideal for absorption and separation procedures.
The plastic intalox snowflake has special wetting characteristics that provide room for a diversified flow rate. Their unique snowflake shape decreases pressure drop and ultimately optimizes energy consumption
The Plastic Covering ball with a border is ideal for environmental conservation. The balls control the production and dispersal of acid mist. They are suitable for use in depositing water tanks and drainage saltwater tanks.
Plastic Hollow Floating Balls offer high porosity, low-pressure drop and uniform gas and liquid distribution. They comprise of two hemispheres, each with fan-shaped leaves. These hollow floating balls are ideal for chemical industries with a temperature limit of about 150.
The plastic polyhedral hollow balls are much like the hollow floating balls; they have two hemispheres, but with several layers of fan-shaped leaves. Their lightweight design and full wet surface area work to increase efficiency. They are great for water treatment equipment and oil-water separation and purification.
Tellerette packing comes in an advanced helix design that improves heat and mass transfer efficiency. When arranged to form a tellerette packing bed, they control mist emission. They offer high column stability, low-pressure drop and efficient liquid distribution.
